I start dealing for my first time ever at my local casino in about a week. I was super nervous during the audition and did mess up a couple times but I still passed.

If I was nervous during the audition i cant imagine how my first couple weeks will be. Anybody have any advice? What to expect, etc?

Go slow, speed will come with time. Make eye contact and say Thank You for every tip you receive. Do as you were trained in dealing school.
