I'm from the Philippines, which is 6 hours ahead of Eastern Europe where the majority of PokerStars player pool is coming from, which means I have to play from midnight to morning if I want to get into the peak hour action.

I'm currently grinding 2nl zoom during offpeak, where the zoom player pool is about 1/3 the size compared when it's peak hours, and I still find it very soft and super beatable.

I want to know how much money I'm leaving on the table for not playing during peak hours and if the difference in win rate is big enough that having an irregular sleeping schedule in exchange to having a much higher win rate grinding during peak hours is worth it?

On a site like Stars where there is action around the clock, you probably do better by avoiding the times when the Eastern European regs are grinding. The tables always seemed softer to me when most people in Ukraine/Belarus/Russia are asleep.

I don't think it matters. Sometimes off peak hours are better, I know in B&M casinos the over night games are usually better than the games that run during the day. Sure, the tired and stuck gamblers desperately trying to win their money back my be balanced out by the fact there are fewer tables to choose from (since more samples means more opportunities to find a nice table that deviates from the norm), but at the end of the day I think it's a wash.

Off peak hours are almost always less tables running but softer action. Live or online.
