Adding shorter sngs to my games?

Hello there, I have a simple question. I am living out of poker since like 3 months. I lost my job while I was playing a lot and was having a "decent" ROI so I decided to try out. Also I live in a cheap contry and I can live with about 200 a month.
So after trying STTs and failing, I tried the games where I have best results: 180 person regular sngs. It went fine since then but now I am in somehow a medium downswing which make me think about this.
When I didn't live of poker I played 180's, 45's and mtts. Now I only play 180's with some more of hald my BR and mtts with the other part.
But I remember that, when I played all at same time, there where times when the 45's helped a lot to sustain BR during the downsings on other games.
I wonder if adding some 45p sngs would make the bad times flatter and the downswins to be not that deep.
Would it make any difference on the big picture?
