The general player pool is probably so small that there's not enough players that can gain enough of an edge at 1/2 but not at 2/4 to make a game actually run, the good players at 1/2 may well have the roll for higher but if they're just losing rake to one another then there's no point in trying to grow a higher level, 5/10 is probably an entire subset of players, either pros who have made their money from donkaments or other sites along with enough fish with cash for a game to run
I also wonder why 2NL and 10NL Blitz have a decent number of players, but I've never seen 25NL ever have anyone in them... but 50NL does? Makes zero sense to me.

I haven’t seen a 2NL Blitz table on ACR. Am I missing something?
