I have moved to 10nl or am trying to.

One big roadblock i am hitting is 3-Betting.

It happens a lot and am unsure of how to deal with it.

I understand 3 betting ranges but does anyone have any good insight into the strategy behind 3-bets and is there any good website or book that focuses on this study?

That same site has plenty of charts that can advise your preflop play facing a 3bet from any position.
