2p2 wont let me post hands..help!!

I go to my holdem manager and right click on the hand, then go to view, then on the bottom right I click on copy to clipboard for two plus two format. It says copy to clip board, but when I try to paste it on here its not even showing up and the hand history converter doesnt work either. Am I doing something wrong??
