Hi all,

I am new to 6 max cash and i am trying to build up my role.

I am playing a mix between 2NL zoom and 2NL regular tables.

My win rate at zoom is -7.30bb/100, and my win rate at regular tables is 23.85bb/100 over 30000 hands.

Is could my win rate at zoom be down to varience or could i be doing something drastically wrong?

Thanks

Scott

Anyone? I moved this here from Live low stakes, because it's not Live so we don't really have any answers, but now I'm feeling bad because y'all seem not to either.

OP, is that 30K hands a mix of regular and Zoom, or 30K at regular? How many hands at Zoom?

you loose your edge in zoom, you don't get used too villains and such...

I would personally keep pwning regular tables, if you want more hands, add more tables.

We can't know until you post stats. Normally at zoom it's either down to playing too many **** hands or calling in marginal spots too often

It's likely you ran good at regular tables and ran bad at zoom.

30,000 hands is not a lot. I doubt 24 bb/100 is sustainable even at 2nl.

Even though I don't think your true win-rate at regular tables is 24 bb/100, it is very likely that you're a winning player. And 2nl zoom is not much different from regular I don't think. Yeah, there are not as many people running 72/4 or whatever, but still, everyone is bad. You should have no trouble beating the games.

cliffs:
just stick with zoom for a while, it's probably variance

Zoom winrates are lower for just about everyone. It's a nittier game, with fewer pay-off wizards.

Post stats and hands so we could help you fix some of the major leaks. Also post graphs with red/blue lines helps too.
