[x] no money in NL10 everyone's solid

NL5 is like printing money, and I'm playing exactly the same for NL10 but losing. Anyone has any transition tips? Thanks.

When you said you were going to do a 16BI shot do you mean that you had set aside 16BI for a shot take or only a 16BI roll?

NL10 isn't that much of a step up from NL5 imo, just games get steadily more aggressive as you move through the micros.

I'm taking a shot at 10NL atm so I might finish the Deal Me In thing

For me playing the same way like 5NL I get the same winrate but small sample size atm so can't really help you other than that you're probably playing scared money as you're underrolled with 16BI

Or you're on tilt and spewing off

Just post some hands where you're having problems

was taking a shot when I had 22 BI, dropped to 16BI, and took another shot, broke even. Yeah mostly spew I guess, needa keep the grind at NL5 first though.

So when that turn hits, u should be bombing it

N when that river hits, u should be crying, not bombing it

Yeah ur right, end of a long day so not on my A game. Just think it's funny u seem to always get these hands just when ur trying to make a move stick. Those were just a couple, had to fold so often too.

      Ah well it's only 5nl

Took a shot at 25nl nl yesterday both reg and zoom- was playing aggro on some normal tables and that transferred across to zoom where i spewed off some stacks.

Played to many tables to concentrate properly, not a good idea when i shot take. Back to 10nl for rest of the month. Going to make a video for people to sweat.

As for 16bi shot take- go for it, just play less talbes and take your time for your decisions.

Does anybody know whether you get the standard edge rewards rakeback while clearing bonuses on FTP? Such as the Xmas matching deposit bonus thingo..?

You still get your rakeback payments whilst clearing a bonus. In theory, with 25% RB, this reload bonus could net you 65% RB total. (40% bonus - which is fantastic)

I was basically 99% sure that they wouldn't also give you rakeback, that is so insane.. it's basically free money even if you break even as long as you put in volume. Thanks for info, just to clarify before I deposit, you are 100% sure on this?

Edit: Also if you know the answer to this if you don't mind, how does Gold Edge reward (whatever % RB it is, 25 is it?) match up to Pokerstars bronze or silver level VPP/FPP cash redemptions? Are they similar in value?

Silverstar is something like 12% while gold is 15% I think?

I think the platinum was 20% and Diamond 25%

      I think supernova @ PS is 27%?

Still the rake is pretty damn high in the micros at FTP so you're paying 6.7% rake and getting 20% back of it

Now if you look at PS 2NL you pay 3.5% rake so even if you get 12% back as silverstar you'll have more money than paying 6.7% rake and getting 1.3% back for 5.4% rake

So it's cheaper to play on Pokerstars even getting 1/3 of the rakeback from FTP

It's only worth playing on FTP if you have 25% rakeback and play 25NL or higher as the rake is getting capped more often

But if you play a lot of 25NL you might want to consider switching to PS for the SN next year soo
