14.Poker is not about winning!
It is I think that is what it's all about...whether it's making a great fold/call/bluff/whatever.
16.BAD BEATS HAPPEN! THERE IS LUCK IN POKER!
I don't believe in luck, maybe variance is a better word...or if you need it to sound spiffy,it's just the other side of the equation balancing itself out...sux it happend to you, move on.
Other than that it's really, really, spot on imho.

Hmm, I'm not sure.
14. The goal of poker is winning. The means to do that is making the best decisions possible with the information given to us at the time. However; making the best decisions doesn't always equate into winning(short-term). I think that's why it's often better to make the goal in poker to make the best decisions, and the 'biproduct' of that, is us winning a bunch of money.
The problem is; the means we use to accomplish our goal, doesn't always accomplish our goal. But; if we set our goal as making the best decisions, we can always reach our goal.
I agree with OP on this one.
16. Variance = luck = variance. I think OP meant variance here, but luck is really the same thing in this context. However, it's definitely not the other end of the equation evening out. There is no evening out in variance. If you are 200 BI below EV, you are not expected to run any better or worse than someone who is 200 BI above EV.
