i try to login and it says"login failed" please contact loginsupport@fulltiltpoker.com and i wrote 2 emails to support and security and i didnt even get a reply other than the automated messages.... and I DIDNT even get an email from ftp, hwo could they shut my acct down without givign an emaill even?

i asked, i sent 2 emails, waiting on themwhich can take weeks, this is ridic.... the thing is i never useda to transfers much, and last night i did 1 with someone i barely know for 300 bucks. but his acct is shut down but mine is....

your obv being investigated for something, so just sit tight, they are generally fair.. tbh, they won't give you a reply until they finish the first stages of investigation, for example they may be investigating others etc, so if you haven't been naughty, you'll be ok

If you do this you are asking for trouble. FTP are obviously investigating something and they will not tell you why at this stage. You need to sit and wait until they finish their investigations that may take a few days.

Transferring in general is a pretty bad idea.

this happened to me and it was because i multi accounted... jus email them and they will tell you what account you can play on and then if you had money on that account that got closed then you will have to email them from the email on that account to prove you own it.

nahh diceman, i never once multiaccounted on FTP at all, never even had any of my friend slogin under my IP address..... i just think it's extremely unprofessional for them to lock me out and have me all worried and not even give me an email, that's ridiculous

This does sound frustrating, but you have to look at it from their point of view. Something happened to pop your account up on their radar. Sounds like the other half of your transfer looks shady, so they're going to investigate. At this point, as far as they know, you could be shady too, so it does them no good to tip you off about what they think they see, if they even know at this point -- it could be all automated until your case gets through the security dept's queue. They need a few days to sort out their information. Bummer, but you do want them to get to the bottom of these things.

thought 2: pokerstars is widely known to have top-notch support. You have the option of supporting a site that makes that commitment to its customers.

I can attest to this. I've gotten money from colluders, had good quick emails throughout, and got help once when my account got broken into by a "friend".

oh well GG ftp account, so distgusting... seriously unfair bull****, i had a friend logon at my house and then 1 day i tried to logon just to see thebalance on that person and now im banned... gg life so unfair, FTP sucks, and i wonder what they plan on doing with my $$$$.... and god only knows if they'll respond to my emails

I love reading posts like this. Evidence of the security measures and the effort online "gambooling" (poker) companies go through to maintain credible sites while ensuring that the customer will be protected no matter what, should be used to battle things like our UIGEA in the states. Try and tell me someone like Full Tilt, in this example, is run by a bunch of shady underground mobsters trying to scam their patrons. Sounds like a pretty reputable company to me.

I personally smiled when I read the outcome of this. From the very start it was obvious this guy was up to something shady and personally I would be pissed if someone tried logging onto my account to "check" my balance. You know back in the old days you would get killed trying to touch another man's wallet.

They don't care about people getting scammed, they're just trying to protect their own gambling interests, like that bozo Kentucky governor trying to grab gambling site IPs. Horse racing. Yeah, there is a clean, honest sport. Riiight. Just a bunch of horses end up sick or dead every year from doping and insurance scams. That's just good clean fun.
