wanna download poker tracker 3 but dont know if i should download the version with PostgreSQL or without. what is PostgreSQL? anyway

It's a database thingy. You need it to run PT3 so if you don't have it already download the one with it embedded

just use postgresql. it's way better than access as a database. it is much faster and much more robust.

It is free database engine. You have to install it first to get PT3 working. So, if you never installed PT3, download wersion with postgree. After install it you will find database setup file in PT3 folder. Run it and install database.
