Wondering if anyone has used it.... what's the customer support like? Looks like a pretty fishy site from what I've seen so far - table stats. etc...Was wondering if anyone has any feedback on the site?

I stopped playing there about a year or so ago because of really low traffic but they may well have changed now. Competition was indeed very soft at low-mid stakes but there are still some very decent players around once you move up.

Never had a problem with customer support but in fairness I only used them once to ask about a different cashout option.

If traffic has inceased recently it's a nice site to play at.

Customer Service is Fantastic. Lost my password, rang them up and answered within in 5rings AND a real person not a robot!

Never played there myself, but this doesn't surprise me.

As bookmakers they have an excellent reputation for customer service. Pretty sure that's going to be carried over into their poker business.

(You just need to make sure you ignore all those emails they'll send you about betting on the gee-gees

I've played quite a lot on WH. Started off because a mate recommended it and I'd say it was my most regular site before I moved to france and my net became too bad to play :/

It's a decent site and they have some decent guarantee MTTs are pretty decent in terms of players to payout ratio (although smaller than your big site ones). The players don't seem to be all that great either.

The customer service was very good when I used it. Very quick replies via email (which is rare) and a professional response.
