Recently read some articles about starting a bankroll from playing HU sngs. just wondering what everyone's input is on this?

Microstakes HU SNG's are very soft, so any decent player can build a good sized roll there by putting in a lot of volume. I know many people that have done it before.

Just make sure you have enough buyins to account for the variance of HU SNG's of course.

Really high variance games, and I think that the major problem is that you're skipping a lot of other necessary developments in your game for the long term. I dont think starting out grinding the HU games is the best idea if you want to be a universally good player in the long run.

well ive been around the block a bit, primarially all my time spent at .01/.02 up downs, but overall not a winning player. what i have been a winning player in which is odd is sngs.
