Turn K. He checks I bet 6.50, he calls

River is a 4, hero checks and I bet $6 and he Jams for only $14 more and I call .. he had A10
Hero is you. Please rewrite hand history as what is written.... is confusing.
Also, DO NOT POST RESULTS. When you say that villain had AT, you have tainted the advice you might receive. Without knowing the result, we are MUCH more likely to give advice that will have more impact on how you might view like-hands in the future. (Now that I know villain had the nuts...I would tell you to fold preflop.

Other than folding pre, the hand played out OK up to the river. If I can't put a player on a hand, though, I will usually check back the river. His line could have been a slow played set.
The way Villain played it it looked like a low pocket pair 33, 44, 55 Maybe something like 9/10 suited ?
I agree with Spew I would have checked the river back.
