What stakes does solid lines get you in fast fold and is there a huge adjustment @ 100/200nl

I'm beating 10nl/25nl fast fold on betonline and trying to move up as soon as possible to 50nl-200nl blitz on ACR. I've heard from some players that moving up from 25nl fast fold is a whole different game but not sure they know what they're talking about. All I do is use solved preflop ranges and value bet with a strong range postflop to beat 25nl. How much does 50nl/100nl/200nl blitz on ACR differ mostly in terms of postflop. Is it neccesary to start minbetting, overbetting/checkraising with air, and doing all sorts of crazy things to adjust to the regs?
