Basically that is their winrate, or how fast they win money...
20bb/100 is 20 big blinds (0.02 at 2nl, 0.25 at 25nl) for every 100 hands they play...
So if they play 1000 hands, and win $5 at $0.01/$0.02 cash tables, they are winning ($5.00 / $0.02) 250bb (big blinds), divided by 10 (to get per 100 hands), and you get 25bb/100 hands.
