David is right about availablilty. Except I think Stars has improved the HORSE format enough to be useable (ten minute blinds)

You will need a pretty large base of players because not everyone has the same availablity to play (days and times) Also committment to play in all events can challenge the bankrolls of low stakes players.

You are definitely on the right track. Skim through the posts in the thread I linked and you can see how it went. Lotta fun. There are a couple of other threads I will search for them and see if they offer any guidance.
