I can never join the games on time, and I feel marginalized.

Well we want you in as much as you want in. The tourneys are every Thursday and Sunday at 22:05 Stars time. Sunday is always NLHE and Sun winner names Thursday game. Always named SHENANIGANS go to tourney tab on stars and private tab. You will find it. Usually at least by the day before.

Cash games are different. Not predictable or manageable. Sombody usually posts it by table name an hour or two before the tourney. Sometimes earlier on Sunday. Sometimes it doesn't stay together. Catch as catch can.

Well I don't know about that Janelle. I know which 2 hands you are thinking of and the first wasn't a big a mistake imo since we we very short handed (three players I think) at the time. I think you would have been hard pressed to think I had the nuts on that board and your set was pretty strong. The other hand you may have been thinking of was the last hand and you were so short stacked by then you really had to get the money in because I wasn't going to let up.

Janelle is a much better PLOmahaha player than I and I have been the beneficiary of her help with strategy and specific hands while I am trying to learn to play it. I may never learn to play it well but it is fun to try.

I don't fool myself here. I am still hugely -EV in PLOmahaha: cash or SnG games but it was fun to run hotter than fire for one event and torture my mentor

My next attemp at torture will be to win a Sun NLHE game at get to name Limited hold 'em for a Thursday game. Tall order since I also suck an NLHE

Wish I could make the games more often, but keep having stuff come up anymore Kind of funny to spot Gedanken in one of my sngs this week though to bad he was sitting on my left. Been grinding on the DoNs with decent results for a change, actually getting a BR built up a bit again, not sure if any of you all are playing em, but if you do and want to trade ideas/hands/thoughts or whatever open for some info swapping. Havent been very active on the forums cept reading mostly recently, hard to give advice when questioning your own playing.
