Definitely play tight oop, but also make good use of check raising. You will want to check a lot of hands when oop. After all, you have no idea whether the flop (or turn or river on those streets) improved your opponent or not. You will not want to allow your opponent to print by just cbetting blindly when you do check. Proper check raising protects your wide checking range from being exploited
