You have 1 hard drive split into 2 partitions.

C: is your boot / main partition, D: is a data partition. I have no idea why PC manufacturers do this ....

Back up?

They partition it and put the OS on one of them and you're supposed to use the other partition for all your files and stuff. So if you mess things up your OS partition's not messed up and you can restore the computer. I don't like partitions but removing them is a bit of a hassle

Yeah this must be it, it's not my disc drive. My old laptop isn;t like that, but I asked the question when I noticed the total space is split between the 2.

imampro, i liked your reply in the ftp thread. that guy was tilting the **** outta me. its ******s like him who make me stay away from all those types of threads. its justs thousands of post from tards making stuff up or arguing over stupid points.

id say the thread probably has like 15 usefull posts in it. I think when **** like this happens they should assign someone who loves reading all updates to have access to a locked sticky with all relevant and interesting information in it.

i call dibs on not doing it

Cool, I think I can help a SNG guy get started in cash (as long as it's FR cash; I'm no good at 6max). So PM me whenever you are ready.

NVG needs to be more strictly modded. It does do a good job of keeping the fish occupied though.

    +1

It's a very tough forum to mod.. I'm really glad I don't have to do it. Because of it's purpose.. to basically be the tabloid of the poker world... it really does attract a lot of terrible posters.... which makes it far and away the most popular sub-forum on 2+2. However, the mods also have to make sure that they don't mod too much..... or else it goes against the whole idea of the forum.

How much do you charge for coaching?

    BBV was worse IMO

I didn't realise that was the view the owners had of it. It reads more like BBV some days. Whatever about the content in some of the threads being bad I think a lot of them should just be locked up to begin with. Post Black Friday and Wednesday 75% of threads on the front page were about the same thing.

Definitely a thankless task modding that place I'd imagine.

I agree with pretty much everything you've said. In the mod forum, there has been discussion about just how terrible NVG is now... this lead NoahSD becoming a mod there. I think once he is comfortable with his role as a mod, he will be a big help in cleaning things up.
