I would have your guys opinion on a strategy i planned for building a new roll superfast, quite risky but heh, i'm a gambler (with the eventual risk of going broke if i run very bad obv):

used to be a good NL100 player but i stopped poker 1 year ago and just got back to it, started with 50$ i got from an internet site.

i'm currently up @ 140$ playing mostly NL5/NL10 & SnGs

well, here is my tactic:
using 8 buyins/stake for nanos and progressively add 2 buyins as i move up

that goes like this:
NL5 up to 80$
NL10 up to 250$
NL25 up to 600$
NL50 up to 1400$
NL100 > get correctly rolled (40bi or so) for nl200

risk of ruin? i'm thinking of something between 15-20% considering i don't play scared money, did anyone experienced something like that before and did NOT went broke?

Yeah why not. As long as you dont mind losing it all or moving down I say go for it. I'd be a lot more comfortable doubling your requirements though, nl5 til you hit $150 etc. I started out with $100 on the nl10 tables, and I couldnt care less if I lost it. Thankfully I ran super hot, and moved up quickly. What I believe is key to such a 'dynamic' strategy is being able to move down quickly when things are not going well.

tbh that doesn't look too aggressive unless you playing like 5+ tables. If you were a good player before, then you win rate at the micros should be 20+ until at least 50NL and even with a large standard deviation, it should be pretty easy to do if you don't tilt.
Define good 100NL player though... you got stats we can work with?

^^^ This!

I've decided to use a riskier BR management plan what has been normal for me in the past. Just to get me through the micro levels. I have no problem dropping levels though. I'm basically using a 15xBuyin rule and dropping down levels if I loose have my bankroll. Up until NL100 in which case I'll slow down and hang around for a while until I have 40+ Buyins.

Good luck!
