Uploading images into a post

I'm sure this has been asked before but can't find a response. How do I upload graphs/images into a post?

You need to upload your image to an image-hosting site (such as ImageShack or PhotoBucket. I'm sure there are tons of others).
Then where you want your image to appear in your post, you insert a URL to that image, using the instant UBB code.
