Hello everybody,

I am a player from france, appologize for my broken english, i would like help from you to understand what i can improve or change in my game.
Ive always played over bankroll for years and soon or later i was broke.
I decide to take it seriously and going back to basics in nl10.
I was more a tournament player "lechat947" "lechat9449" on pokerstars but always playing over bankroll and some tilt issues.

Actually im in nl10z on pokerstars.fr to restart, trying to raise a decent bankroll and eventually going back to mtt some days.
I would really appreciate help to understand my stats and what i can improve to beat those micro stack that i hate.

I try to exploit a lot my opponents which is maybe not best things in those limits ?

here are my last 40k hands :

My stats

I think my3bet is maybe too small ? but i feel being maybe already over aggresiv ? Not sure how to interpret my red line.
I also think maybe bluffing or trying to win pot maybe to often ?

Thank you all.

Exploiting is the best thing you can do on the lower limits. Stick with this strategy.

I sadly cannot answer your other questions as I think it is tough to answer without knowing how you are bluffing, how you are 3betting and with which hands, etc.

i cant speak to 6m specifics but i can tell you i would XR and trap the F*** out of you.
you look like you have an insane case of float/STAB syndrome based upon your high high cb and low ft3b%.

i think instead of trying to outplay your opponents lines, you need to play your hands more. even in HU which is generally more bluffy, your cards dictate what you do, if i had to guess youre playing on a lot of hunches/can i make him fold mentality.
