hi i have played in pokerstars ~50nl zoom
and loosing pre rakeback and winning post rakeback(40-60%). and pokerstars started to make my rakeback 10-30%. so i decided to not move up to100nl but try to play live poker.
the poker room has 0.5/1 blinds 100~800bb buyins and 10% up to 10 rake. i have played about 40hours and loosing 700bb. i have no idea what should i do in preflop. ex) vs agro fish's limp, vs nit fish's limp(in high rake). since i played zoom i really dont know how should i adjust vs lots of type's people. can you intrduce me a video or book or any site for people like me? thank you for reading hope you good luck.

What adjustments do you think you should make, and why?

This doesn't apply to people who play online high stakes , they will crush live poker too due to deep deep knowledge of the game and the natural competitiveness of high stakes online play.
But to a lot of low stakes online grinders, they might be used to multitabling and beating their opponents by having a superior knowledge of the game that allows them to autopilot, perhaps with the help of software of various degrees of fairness to the game. They use their general knowledge of online poker to have a small edge on each table and don't need to think too hard about one specific table.
In live poker, you cant autopilot and those who do might feel lost in a jungle combined of idiocy and 25 long hands per hour. You beat live poker with the power of observation.
In the very first sherlock holmes novel , sherlock holmes ask his guest how many stairs he climbed to get to his apartment, and his guest says that he doesn't know because why would he. Then sherlock holmes says he would have known that it was 17 stairs and you didn't because you "see things but don't observe things"

Let me ask you a really stupid question, what is the only king in a standard poker deck who doesn't have a beard or a mustache?

It's a very silly question but you should know the answer because you observed it.

Can you find lower stakes to practice at, or a specific time where a lot of poor players are at the table (drunk Friday nights, for instance)?

As mentioned above, if you use a lot of software online then you will always struggle when playing live.

I'd start by trying to make a note of as many hands as you can remember, and analysing them the next day to see if you can identify your mistakes. Or getting chatty with the others at the table and seeing if anyone is willing to go through hands after the game with you.

There are good books and videos for live play, but it would be a huge help if you knew your leaks already and had analysed your live game.

First question .. 'How' did you lose 700bb? Out drawn, drawing dead, trapped, over-plays, coolers, over-folding, 10bb at a time or 100bb at a time? Bet sizing tells, timing tells, I sat up and moved my chair forward tells ..

Assuming you studied your play online, these are all factors that are needed to help determine what you need to work on.

As you have noted, there is not 'standard' in live play. You must be able to figure out the three types of Players .. card players, gamblers and poker players .. and then further label them as passive or aggressive, tight or loose.

Once you have that complied, then you make adjustments to your ranges and bet sizes based on your opponent types. Profit in live poker comes from max value. There are spots where 1/4 pot is too much and others with the same conditions where you could've over-bet the pot and still got called.

Forget thin value until you know your opponents. Once you show down a few 'tight' Rivers then you will get played back at and hopefully pick up some easy chips when you are stronger.

If you are getting 4 callers when you 5x open, then make it 7x, then 9x. I open for 5.5x or more all the time .. and still get 3 callers.

If it goes 4x, call, call, call and you're sitting there with 50bb and AQs .. in it goes and you will still be called by 9Ts/KQs. Yes, you will run into times when you are crushed, but you have to know whose opening and whose limping. You are smart if you play online, you 'know' when someone is opening too much.

IMO you are having 'trust' issues .. like you are trusting that your opponents play the same way you do .. NEVER GONNA HAPPEN. Play strong hand strong and sit back with your draws until they hit. Your opponent mistakes will start to pile up as will your chips stack. GL
