Training/books for sites with no HUD

I like playing on smaller sites which don't have HUDs.
Are there training sites/videos or books which are modern but don't use HUDs at all?

What are you looking for exactly?
Training sites/videos teach you strategy, strategy is not dependent on a HUD.
A HUD just helps you figure out how your opponents are playing. You can do the same thing by paying attention and taking notes.
