Hey,

Was hoping someone could tell me how badly I played this hand - at first I was like omgz cooler. But on looking back at it i thought why is matey playing back at me once I raise so he must have better than a 10.

Trying to fix leaks in my game

Edit: just noticed I flated his three bet as well hmm

You got it in with like 95% equity so... nothing? Though your flop raise is sort of wussy.

What did you put the villains on pre-flop? Were you raising because you think KTo was ahead of their ranges (e.g. they had loose/passive stats)?
I prefer to flat on the flop, but then you're short stacked, so you may as well try and get it all in ASAP. Shoving your remaining chips on the turn is standard. You're only losing to 55, 77 and AT. Villain with JJ sucked out.

I like to just fold preflop when two players have limped before me. It avoids tricky flop spots like this one. But raising is not too bad.

I think i just shove this flop also.

Confirmed what I thought - Is a bit weak should have put in a more hefty raise

I was thinking there was an AJ or KQ out there - I was pretty positive I was ahead. But if I think about the fact that MP three bets me on the flop he must be beating a 10 therefore maybe I should fold.

They are kinda acting loose / passive limping in from LP there I think

If you are going to attack the limpers from the button your raise PF needs to be bigger though.

Hero isn't shortstacked, he has 39bb behind OTF. I don't hate a shove on the flop, but I think flatting there with TP2K is definitely better.

Turn hero has to shove, which he did, and got it in super good, you can't ask for more at that point. Him hitting a 2 outer is just one of those things.

    Fold Pre.

As played, Raise more on flop/Call any jam.

    Turn is standard Fistpummp jam.

I'm new to poker myself, but from what I've played/read:
I'd say 4betting the flop, (BB betting, MP raises, you reraise) is a bit of a stretch, considering MP had already raised meant he must've either hit the ten as well or had an overpair, so should've called, despite him limping preflop, and then he goes on to 5bet you (BB bets, MP reraises, you reraise, MP reraises) suggests he hit an overpair than anyone could hit on the board unless they flopped a set.
Turn play was the right play I think, you hit a set with a TK, so shoving was probably best, it was just unlucky that MP calls with Jacks and that the river was a Jack and the MP hit a full house.

Ixia - when you have TT in hand and hit another T = set. When you have T in hand and board goes TT = trips. Just FYI

You raised too little preflop and the flop. I would be shoving on the flop.

It is a good squeeze if you think that they will fold and you will scoop the blinds or they are so horrible that you think you can outplay them postflop and that they will call with worse.

Assuming the stakes I am guessing this is an overall bad play. Bad players raising range is mostly cards that dominate you and they aren't likely to fold so you pretty much made the worse play you could. You got sucked out on though pretty bad lol.

IMO your only option was to get out on the flop when he 5 bets you. Would you 5 bet with worse than TP 2nd kicker?
