I prefer to flat on the flop, but then you're short stacked, so you may as well try and get it all in ASAP. Shoving your remaining chips on the turn is standard. You're only losing to 55, 77 and AT. Villain with JJ sucked out.
They are kinda acting loose / passive limping in from LP there I think
If you are going to attack the limpers from the button your raise PF needs to be bigger though.
Hero isn't shortstacked, he has 39bb behind OTF. I don't hate a shove on the flop, but I think flatting there with TP2K is definitely better.
Turn hero has to shove, which he did, and got it in super good, you can't ask for more at that point. Him hitting a 2 outer is just one of those things.
