Have a question based on the verbal side of Poker:

1) I know you can't expose your hand hoping someone will fold (i.e. AA on a scary looking board). Its usually a one round penalty to sit out.

2) I am assuming you can't say I have Aces for the same reasoning.

3) If you are in a hand with two other players and you are second to act or last to act can you speculate about what the other players might have and suggest what you might have (i.e. two pair or a set) without naming the cards. If you have a set they wouldnt know the exact cards on a mixed board.

I have seen a lot of posts about table talk but most of them were players that misreppresented their hands before showdown.

This is a tournament rule, generally. In cash games, it really depends on the casino; some allow it, some don't.

Speculating about the holdings of other players when there's more than two players in the hand?or when you are not involved in the hand yourself?is not allowed. It violates OPTAH, and is bad etiquette.
