Table selection question. Table selection question.

Hey guys. Quick question about table selection.

From what I understand it's best to pick tables that are loose (more players to flop) and more money going into the pot on averege.

Well when using these guide lines to select a table. Since you don't always get your ideal conditions. Is it better to pick a table that is looser but smaller averege pots. Or tighter tables but with bigger averege pots?

Thx.

I'm a tag (not a nit). And play 25nl.

It completely depends on what type of player you are, if you are loose aggressive, look for tables that less people see the flop and the average pot size is smaller so you can pick up lots of small pots.

If you are a tight aggressive player, look for tables than lots of people are seeing the flop and look to play bigger pots preflop by isolating with premium hands.

Not a great cash game player myself, but I would think look for tables that look as if the players are playing the opposite way of how you like to play.

Well personally I'm a tag. But I'm not adverse to loosening up to run over some weak-tight opponents.
