I m playing at a table where the average stats are 31/9 all villains have about the same stats. the players are acting weird.very tight, dont raise much and fold a lot;
this one has 35/6 over only 15 hands
why would he play his hand like this?

A lot of people don't know how to play postflop especially fishy players

If he would have raised your bet you would have folded, he got value out of the hand but not smart enough to maximize value

The funny part is that his ******ed slow play actually got him the most value he could of gotten from you.

Honestly he played the hand better than you and based on how he played it, that's bad. Actually considering that it's blind vs blind, his line is kinda good.
