i recently posted some hands ( from memory ) and some of the
replies included questions about relative stack sizes....
I was wondering how different stack sizes affecting decision making.
For the most part, I'll stick to a standard betting pattern for
pre-flop raises, and C-betting... after the turn, or having a
great hand, i'll think about how to price the villain in for his
whole stack by the river... so i start calculating pot size, etc...
i tend to shy away from confrontations with mega-stacks, but
i've also noticed a tendency of those players to not want to
risk their session earnings as much as players who are still at
the buy-in... So the occasional well-timed over-bet works good
there.
What other things should I be looking for with relation to stack sizes?
