Sit and Go noob question Sit and Go noob question

Hello i am new to the forum so sorry if i posted this on the wrong place.

I started my poker carreer some months ago. I play micro sit and go 9 man 2-10$. I managed to turn 100$ into 1500$ real fast without any huge downswings. But suddenly i had a sick mega downswing and i started to hate poker. I played over 1500 games on FTP now and i got a ROI of 9% or something, but before the downswing it was ofcourse much higher. So my question is: are there any numbers of ROIs, for lets say 3/5/10 dollar games 9man? For a decent player not an uber pro. And i am talking about multi tabling 10 games at least.

9% is very high, most decent regs on ftp at least at <$10s have ~5% roi's.

once you move up...especially on pokerstars, the good regs have 3-4% rois (16s+)

stick to ftp fwiw, and you're running well right now, just continue to play well and improve

The longer you play and the more hand you are involved in the higher the chances that variance will rear its ugly head.

Anywhere from 5-9% roi is considered really good, you should be happy

Well i am happy with it, and ofourse if u play one or two tables at once 9% isnt that high i guess.

I would say that if you want to increase your ROI, you should cut down on the number of tables that you play, especially if you're crushing the game. Increasing the amount of tables actually decreases your edge because you can't focus as much.

increasing the number of tables actually increases the amount of money you will make. but decreases your Roi. good luck at the tables.
