Short-stacking is somewhat frowned upon on 2+2 (although I personally use the tactic quite often). Rival website PokerStrategy.com popularised the SSS and MSS. You can have a look at their advice, videos and hand charts. http://www.pokerstrategy.com/strategy/sss/#basic
(I think their charts are based on full ring games, but 6max is basically the same, but with the first three seats ignored, so the hands for UTG in 6max would be all the hands from Seats 1-4 in the PS docs).
