Are scores from early 2010 relevant to today's game?

Hello,
Is online scores from 2008-2012 have any relevancy to today?
Example: Player made playing full time online 500k during 2008-2012 playing high stakes, had some issues and dropped playing for 7 years. Given how different games is today would he basically need start from stretch in micros or skills learned then in high stakes still have some relevancy and he would be able beat mid stakes+ and would be able start winning at high stakes quickly? (Bankroll is not factor)

clear answer is no. also who cares if you win since you have unlimited bankroll. just be better than gus and lose 20 million+ by shoving every hand pre. id pay to watch that.
