Returning player, what tools are best to get Returning player, what tools are best to get

Hi guys,

I want to share my story and ask a couple of questions.

I haven't played in a few years (MTT player). Last month I had spare time, opened the Stars client sitting with $16 bucks left in it, grinded some zoom on stars and then started playing MTTs. Binked an MTT and now have $3000.

I find myself in difficult spots and feel I need ICMizer like I had used in the past (shared within a stable), but I'm not sure if with such a small bankroll I should get it. Also used a shared RunItOnce account, not sure if something similar is good to invest into?

Any thoughts and advice about what should I invest in as poker tools/training? Right now I'm only using PT4 and only playing Stars MTTs.

Also not sure if I should try other sites, I'm situated in Bulgaria and nothing else seems to be playable here, any advice from locals is much appreciated.

RIO is definitely still one of the best training sites around, could definitely be worth a sub. The hot new tool these days is definitely gtowizard, but it's probably not worth investing into unless you're gonna seriously study and work on your game as it's quite expensive over time.

There are also some good tournament books these days, Modern Poker Theory (very gto oriented) is one and Endgame Poker Strategy (icm book) is meant to be another, though I haven't read EPS myself.
