Relatively new player returning from break and in search of study tips

I haven't played for the past month or so and I'd love to get some advice on how best to study and brush up before heading back to the tables in July. Wondering if it's best to redo some solver work using GTO+ on old hands, but I haven't done extensive solver study outside of my own hand history and I feel like I'm not using it to its fullest potential. Before my break I definitely noticed that my tendency to overbluff rather than check/folding reappeared and contributed to a downswing, so looking to cut that out and pick better spots as well.
I'm relatively new and started playing live 1/2 and 1/3 last winter after I turned 21 — thus far I've logged around 500 live hours with a 10bb/hr winrate in both games. I'm happy to note down any pointers that y'all are able to provide! Thanks so much.
