Hi guys. I'm new to poker and just learning to play. I have an account on Pokerking and ACR, but I only played on ACR. I played there for no more than two weeks. After which, in a conversation with the same amateurs as me, they told me that Pokerking and ACR are the same room and that two accounts are a very serious violation and that in order to avoid problems I should delete the second account and leave the first.
And I deleted my ACR account.
Of course, it later became clear almost immediately that these were different rooms of the same network and I was accidentally misled, but the account had already been deleted.
I wrote to support and they refused to restore me.
I'm very upset because this was the very beginning of my acquaintance with the world of poker and I really enjoyed playing. Moreover, ACR is the only place where I can play from my place of residence at the moment and because of such a misunderstanding and my mistake, everything ended.
I read similar stories here and only learned from you that it turns out that the account deletion function was created for people with gambling addiction and that this is a very serious decision. I didn't know about this at all.
My English is not very good and I may have misunderstood the meaning of the latest response from ACR support, but after I tried to explain that I deleted my account because I thought I was breaking their rules, they sent this response:
Dear Victoria,

We really appreciate your interest on playing with us.

At this point your account may not be reinstated.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you

Do I understand correctly that “At this point” means that someday they may reconsider my request for restoration? Is it worth re-applying to them with this request sometimes?

And is there anything else I can do?
Thank you for your responses.

It sounds like you're screwed, but you could always send a follow-up email asking if there's any chance you can play in the future. Also note that there are other ACR skins like Blackchip you may be able to play on.

Some other small sites like coinpoker or swc are also likely available to you if other acr skins aren't an option.

in order to protect problem gamblers from themselves, there is usually no reversal of self exclusion nor deletion. im sure degens throw all kinds of reasons at support for reinstatement, and letting them back would be dishonoring the players exclusion request. with that in mind, ive never heard of temporary exclusion. its a one way door.

black chip poker, true poker, and betonline(i believe, idk never played there) are all skins on the same Winning Poker Network. if you deleted through wpn support, youre probably screwed for those sites.

heres a thread dedicated to where people can play:

maybe it has your answers.

BetOnline is the flagship skin of the Chico network. It's not on the WPN.
