You need to sign up for rakeback when you open the account. Trying to do it when you make your first deposit is too late.

If you've never made a real deposit just have a play money account just make sure you have no personal info on that account and then make a new one with rakeback. They don't know who is playing their account until you have to prove your identity to withdrawal.
