You can try emailing FT support, it may be possible (if very unlikely) that you are still elligible, it depends on whether or not you signed up through an affiliate. You may well have done this without even realising it. If this fails, you won't be able to get rakeback on FT.

Stars don't do rakeback but their loyalty system works out pretty simillar.
If you are a US player, your only other option at one of the main rooms is Cake Poker.
