I just signed up to PokerHost and thought I was getting Rakeback I put in the code that they gave me but when I asked them about Rakeback they sent me this message

You belong to another affiliate and you are an active player so its impossible.

Can someone explain to me what this means.

You probably had another affiliate cookie on your computer. Are you sure you've cleared cookies before registering?
