Hello! I am a micro stakes player and lately trying to implement some gto plays into my pre flop game. So... this hand happened today:
it is 5nl on stars 5 handed
utg raises to 2bb, I am on the SB with QQ and 3bet to 8bb, utg pushes all in(100bb). Now, when I encounter this situations at the micros, I usually fold my QQ, but when I run this hands in gto wizzard it says that I should call 99.97% of the time. Do you agree? At these limits I am used to call pre flop all ins almost always with AA and KK [Ofcourse if I am up against some massive fish I downgrade significantly my requirements]
this is not a gto question, this is a look at what range people typically 4 bet jam after minraising under the gun and how your QQ does against it. the answer to that is usually how often you put them on AK
Call 100%. People are more likely to size to get action with AA/KK. This is AK or sometimes QQ-TT types of hands which are afraid to play post but feel entitled to win the pot because they got a good starting hand.
In GTO if you only called AA/KK here you'd be extremely exploitable because your opponent could start bluff jamming with tons of hands. The calls it makes with QQ-TT add barely any value to your strategy, they are mostly to prevent being exploited.
I wouldn't care too much about how the solver plays those hands. People don't play this spot anything like a solver IME.
