Hi everyone! I want to ask what would you do when you're facing 3 betting from CO/But ,when you are holding AJo at MP? What if the 3 betting from sb or bb?

It depends. What are your reads? What are the stacks? Is this full ring or 6-max?

100bb deep, AJo doesn't do well against tight 3bet ranges. You're gonna be dominated a lot, and you have poor implied odds.
UTG-HJ: Snap fold AJo facing any 3bet
CO: Fold or 4bet (as a bluff)
BTN: Call or 4bet

100bb, what's the difference in 6 max and fullring?

Fullring just has more early positions that have to play tight. The later positions play the same way. What's your question exactly?
