(Vids are downloadable and you get to keep them even if you cancel.)
There are also some free vids over at ThePokerBank.com
Useful? Well a lot of guys will tell you that they've learned a ton from watching vids. But you need to be an active learner, I'd say - taking notes, thinking about what's being taught and how you might apply it in your own games. Just sitting in front of a vid, gazing at it, probably won't help much.
