Question about hand ranges VPIP/PFR, sample size ? Question about hand ranges VPIP/PFR, sample size ?

I have a couple of questions regarding these values..:

-What sample size do you consider as good enough for a first impression ? [It is my impression that these stats rarely change a lot after 30 hands)
-What sample size do you consider as enough for sure ? (I consider everything over 200 as representative)
-How many Hands so you use ? Only the last 100 or all hands ? New players vary their play quite often..

-What does a constant PreflopRaise of 3% mean ? What would be the value for AK,KK,AA ? If i add QQ,JJ,AQ,KQ,KJ ?
-Same for VPIP -> What is the hand range for 10,15 or 15% ?

I found this useful for understanding what different VPIP's look like.

I don't consider stats for the first 25 hands or so. 25-100 just to separate the maniacs from the calling stations from the nits from the (presumably) good players. 100+ I use them more.
