Not to sound offensive or mean, but instead to put things in perspective: Anyone can win 10 coin flips in a row. It doesn't make them very good at flipping coins. It's bound to happen sometime. Keep playing and after a MUCH larger sample, maybe 3 or 400 or so (which still isn't large enough, but decent enough to get an idea) and then you can BEGIN to claim you're a winning player.

yeah i understand but i was playing nlhe before both sng and tournament and was unsucessful however i cashed all but 1 of my omaha hu sng's. i'd like to be able to multi table obviously to increase hourly profit and also reach a decent sample size quicker.

There's no real trick to it. Start with 2 tables, get used to it, move to 4, then 6, 8, etc...

Nobody can tell you how to be better. You have to get used to playing the game first, then get used to playing more than 1 game at the same time. As you get more experience, you'll know what you want to do in more situations with less time, and you can gradually start adding more tables.

I was saying that "all but one" out of a sample of 10 or so games doesn't mean you're going to win "all but 10" out of the next hundred.
