Do you know any preflop strategy table that takes in account the 5% rake?

Given that's a pretty rake, probably most of them?

I found this one for heads up:
https://webdocs.cs.ualberta.ca/~bowl.../15science.pdf
But it doesn't say the EV of this. I bet it cannot beat the 5% rake since it says to play almost every preflop hand. What's you people opinion on this, that with 6 players the rake is beatable whereas with 2 players it is not?

That is limit holdem without rake. Not many people play limit anymore and the strategy for NL with rake would be completely different.

The EV of your strategy depends on your opponent, so I’m not sure what you mean. The paper is just saying that nobody can beat their strategy. It would nearly break even against someone playing perfect equilibrium, and beat nearly everyone else.

Whether or not the rake is beatable depends on who you’re playing. At the stakes where rake is highly significant the opponents are terrible. Pretty much all games are beatable except maybe some illegal rooms with obscene rake or cruise ships.

the rake makes many lower limit games that are beatable not worth playing other than if for enjoyment.

Rake at lower stakes is very high. Can be equivalent to 8-10bb/100 depending on the site.
You therefore incentivsed to play premium hands and lower the spr by 3betting lots

By "to play premium hands" you mean to play only very strong hands? And what do you mean by "and lower the spr by 3betting lots"?

SPR = Stack to pot ratio. If you 3bet pre-flop, you'll reduce it in the subsequent streets.

On some sites and in some live rooms, no rake is taken if a hand ends preflop. 3 betting can be advantageous for that reason as well.
