Try upswingpoker.com. They have free preflop charts (I think you may have to register for a free account and provide an email address). They also have a good many free articles and quizzes. They do have paid courses as well, but I have never purchased any of these so I don’t know how good they are.
Do yourself a favor, though. Do not just memorize the preflop charts. Read through some of the content as well (and look at content from other sources) with an eye to learning why you are opening with certain hands in certain positions. If you understand why the ranges are what they are, you will be in better position to understand how to vary these ranges depending on the conditions at your particular table. Memorizing the charts is a good starting point, but understanding them will make your game even better
