HEM yes as far as I remember. Not sure if PT comes bundled with Postgres or not. Either way, follow the install instructions and you should be fine.

yeah you need that to run PT3 with HUD. I can't get mine installed and something got lost in the translation so now I'm just playing with no HUD and no PT3 for my records. Sucks cuz' I'm crushing the Stars FR .50c limit game. I'd be nice to see some stats.

I dunno much about HEM, but you need it for PT3. you can DL it bundled w/PT3 to make it easier on you. As long as you follow the directions, its not hard to use or maintain.
