Position affecting shoving ranges

For example in a 6max cash game against a 25/20 reg 100bb deep:
Reg opens UTG 3bb, hero 3bets 9bb TT from MP, reg 4bets 30bb, hero??
Reg opens SB 3bb, hero 3bets 9bb TT from BB, reg 4bets 30bb, hero??
I've read many times how you can for example 3bet hands like 88 from the BB vs SB open, which you normally would not do to a UTG open, but do these looser ranges also apply to 4bets and 5bet jams?

3-betting ranges for early position battles are tighter than 3-betting ranges for late position.
4-bet and 5-bet ranges follow the same pattern.
e.g. If you 3-bet QQ in BB v BTN, it's not with the intention of folding to a 4-bet. You're pretty happy to stack off, as villain can 4-bet/call off JJ/TT/AK/AQ.
But if you 3-bet QQ in MP v UTG, you're pretty much hoping that villain has AK (for a flip) or is bluffing with something like A5s if he 4-bets, because you're destroyed by his "value range" (KK+ only).
To put it more mathematically, a player might 4-bet about 12.5% of his opening range in any given spot. But 12.5% of a 15% UTG opening range is about 2% (equivalent to KK+/AK), whereas 12.5% of a BTN's 40% opening range is 5% (something like TT+, AJs+, AQo+).
