hello, ive just recently made the move from mid/low stakes to mid/high stakes and relized that this is actually a bigger jump than i first thought. ive managed to stay making a profit but i feel i can be making much more and would like to find a good poker training site.

ive come across a few (bluefire looked really good) but i then relized that you need to pay by credit card. and of course my credit card does not work.

so my question is number 1. is there any way to get onto these sites without using credit card/moneybookers or that kind of thing? like promotions though other poker sites or what not.

number 2. is there any good sites with recognizable coaches that are either free, or accept prepaid credit cards/ poker site transfers?
