Poker Tracker 4 Not working for WPN?!

I downloaded the free trial and connected it to my WPN account and no hands are being saved. I have already made sure that PT4 is pulling the hands from where WPN is putting them and I cant seem to retrieve them at all. I looked at Youtube videos and PT website on how to configure and nothing seems to work. No HUD is showing as well when i open up a table.

Any help is gladly appreciated!
